5.Mobile No : Fill the correct Mobile Number of Applicant.”आवेदक का सही मोबाइल नंबर यहां लिखें।

6.Mail ID : Fill the correct Mail ID of Applicant. “यहां अपनी सही ईमेल आईडी का उल्लेख करें।”

About Udyog Aadhar Registration

Udyog Aadhaar, now known as Udyam Registration, is an official identity card for your business. Just as an Aadhaar card identifies a citizen, this registration gives your business a legal identity in the eyes of the government. In today’s time, this is a very important and beneficial step for every small and medium-sized business, helping them to grow their operations.

Objectives of the Udyog Aadhaar Scheme

The government launched the initiative of Udyog Aadhaar to make life easier for entrepreneurs and help MSMEs grow faster and stronger. Here are some of the goals the government looks forward to achieving with the scheme:

    • Make registration easy and online, as the old process was lengthy and full of paperwork.

    • To provide recognition to MSMEs, as many small businesses without official registration do not have a proper identity.

    • To provide financial and other support, registered businesses can easily get loans and subsidies.

    • The scheme is designed to boost small businesses so they can contribute more to the economy.

After July 2020, government has discontinued the Udyog Aadhar Registration and introduced new registration system known as Udyog Aadhar Registration. The old user has to migrate from udyog to udyam registration as soon as possible.

What is Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (UAM)?

The UAM (Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum) is an online form where any small business owner can register their information themselves. You simply need to provide your essential details, such as the owner’s Aadhaar number and bank account information. As soon as you submit this form, you will receive an email containing a unique number, which is called the UAN (Udyog Aadhaar Number).

Types of Enterprises Under Udyog Aadhar Registration

The government divides businesses into three categories so it can give help to the ones who need it most. They look at two things: How much money you spent starting it (Investment) and how much you sell in a year (Turnover).

  1. Micro:  
    • Investment: Less than ₹1 Crore.
    • Sales: Less than ₹5 Crore.
    • Example: A small boutique or a local grocery store.
  2. Small:
    • Investment: Less than ₹10 Crore.
    • Sales: Less than ₹50 Crore.
    • Example: A small factory making plastic bottles or a medium-sized software office.
  3. Medium:
    • Investment: Less than ₹50 Crore.
    • Sales: Less than ₹250 Crore.
    • Example: A large auto-parts manufacturing unit.
