REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience for every user. Refunds are issued only if we fail to provide the service from our end after a full internal review.
To initiate a refund, the customer must submit a request via info@udyogaadharregistration.org within 5 days of applying for the service. Requests submitted after 5 days will not be eligible.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

When the service has already been started or completed.

When delays occur due to issues with government portals, verification, or any third-party dependency.

When company manpower, time, and resources have already been invested in your application.

When government fees, filing charges, or third-party fees have been paid—these amounts are strictly non-refundable.
Non-refundable expenses include all processing charges, payment gateway fees, administrative costs, and manpower fees.
If a refund is approved, it will take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
Cancellation Policy
Once a service order is placed and payment is completed, cancellation is not permitted.
If the customer requests us to pause the process, the paid amount can be held as service credit for up to 1 year from the date of payment.
Before processing any refund request, we reserve the right to make every reasonable attempt to complete the service.
In case a refund is approved after reviewing the request, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + government or third-party charges will apply.
(This clause ensures mandatory deduction for work already completed and expenses incurred.)
Ungovernable Factors
We cannot guarantee the outcome of applications, as approval and processing depend solely on government authorities. Issues such as:

Government portal downtime

Verification delays

Technical errors

Server issues or backlogs
are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, changes in law, or other force majeure events.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be revised or updated at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy regularly.
